SmartClinic Web®, much more than waiting room management software

SmartClinic Web® is a software that allows the management of the waiting room of medical clinics. The waiting room of our cloud-based clinic management software will allow you to manage the order of arrival of patients, waiting time, and the accumulated delay per professional.

For each appointment, at a glance, you can see the patient’s accounting status, whether they are already in the waiting room, which clinic they need to go to and any important notes that the clinic staff have given you.

SmartClinic Web® is a software that allows the integrated management of medical clinics. The waiting room management module is seamlessly integrated with our appointment and task calendar. This allows you to work more efficiently and easily.

However, we also offer the possibility to use the waiting room management module completely independently. You can continue to use your favourite practice management software and use the SmartClinic Web® waiting room only to manage this aspect of your practice.

Configuration of the clinic’s waiting room

The waiting room configuration consists of creating as many waiting queues as we need. For example, in a dental clinic with two doctors and two cabinets, we would most likely want to create two waiting queues, one for each of the doctors. When patients come for appointments, we will assign them to the queue for each of the doctors in the queue, depending on the doctor who will be visiting them.

In order to start working, we must at least create a queue. The system imposes no limit on the number of queues, you can create as many as you need.

When the shift is assigned, the patient’s details can be saved so that the patient can be easily identified by the staff who will call him/her later.
