SmartClinic Web® has a calendar, but it is much more than a medical appointment software. The agenda of our cloud-based clinic management software will allow you to perform all tasks related to your patients, from booking the appointment to finally issuing an invoice.

For each appointment, at a glance, you can see the patient’s accounting status, whether they are already in the waiting room, which clinic they need to go to and any important notes that the clinic staff have given you.

Integration of medical appointment software with Google Calendar

Many clinics find it useful to have their appointments in Google Calendar. For example, when working with external medical professionals to whom you do not want to give access to SmartClinic Web®, but you want them to be informed of the appointments assigned to them.

Of course SmartClinic Web® is respectful of the LOPD and the appointments created in Google Calendar do not contain any personal patient information. The Google Calendar user will have a list of appointments with their times and location, always available on the mobile and with the corresponding notifications.

Integration of medical appointment software with Google Calendar

Many clinics find it useful to have their appointments in Google Calendar. For example, when working with external medical professionals to whom you do not want to give access to SmartClinic Web®, but you want them to be informed of the appointments assigned to them.

Of course SmartClinic Web® is respectful of the LOPD and the appointments created in Google Calendar do not contain any personal patient information. The Google Calendar user will have a list of appointments with their times and location, always available on the mobile and with the corresponding notifications.

Recurring appointments in the medical agenda

In our medical appointment management software it is very easy to create recurring appointments, i.e. appointments that are repeated on a regular basis. You can do this easily by selecting an existing appointment and using the «Repeat appointment» option. You will be able to tell the application how many times you want the appointment to be repeated and under what conditions (every how many days or which days of the week).

Our application will, if you tell it to, check that none of these future appointments are assigned outside the clinic’s opening hours or outside the doctor’s schedule. We will also take care of creating for you each of the treatments that are associated with the appointments, so that you can use them when the time comes

When the patient arrives, he/she will be able to «Check-in» and will be visible in the waiting room from that moment on. Your condition will change when you start your visit with the doctor, only to return to the waiting room when you leave the visit. At all times our receptionist will know the order in which patients have been arriving in our waiting room and the time elapsed.

Using the waiting room, you can pass patients to each of the offices or consulting rooms you have available. At all times the clinic staff will be able to know, by the different colour codes of the agenda, who is in each of the consultations and in the waiting room itself.

The requested appointments will then be available on SmartClinic Web® so that receptions can review them, confirm them or make any necessary modifications.
